This policy explains what personal information Better Life Now LLC (“we”) collects through shop.asaladwithasideoffries.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions or requests: bettermylifenow@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- Payments: handled by Stripe (and Klarna, Affirm or Link if you choose them). We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Newsletter and free guide: your name and email address when you sign up.
- Website use: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location and how you found the Shop (for example a referring site or campaign), collected with cookies and similar technology.
How we use it
- To process, make and deliver your order, send order and download emails, and provide customer service.
- To calculate taxes, keep business records and prevent fraud.
- To send our newsletter and free guide if you signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
- To understand how the Shop is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the Shop, and only what they need:
- Stripe (and Klarna or Affirm if you choose them) — to process payments and prevent fraud; Stripe Tax — to calculate sales tax.
- Printify and its print partners and shipping carriers — to make and deliver your order.
- Mailchimp — to send our newsletter and free guide.
- Google Analytics — to measure how the Shop is used.
- SiteGround — our website host.
We don’t sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
The Shop uses cookies to keep your cart and login working, to help Stripe prevent fraud, to remember where a visit came from, and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need them to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting (generally seven years). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to bettermylifenow@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honour them.
Children
The Shop isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows when it last changed.
