These terms apply to your use of shop.asaladwithasideoffries.com (the “Shop”) and to any purchase you make here. The Shop is operated by Better Life Now LLC, the company behind Salad with a Side of Fries (“we”, “us”). By using the Shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Products
Our merchandise is printed on demand: each item is made to order for you by our production partners, so it usually ships a few business days after you order. We show products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and printed placement may vary a little from item to item. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Digital masterclasses
Masterclasses are recorded webinars delivered as a video download. After payment you’ll receive a download link by email and in your account; it stays active for 28 days. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to watch the recording. Please don’t share, resell, re-upload or publicly show it.
Masterclasses and other content on the Shop are for education only and are not medical advice — see our Masterclass Disclaimer. Always talk to your healthcare provider before making changes to your nutrition, fitness or supplements.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are calculated at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you choose Klarna, Affirm or Link, their own terms also apply to that payment.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, if we can’t fulfil it, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from our production partners and carriers and aren’t guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping address — we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Returns and refunds
Because items are made to order, we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted. Details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The Salad with a Side of Fries name, logos, designs, recordings and other content on the Shop belong to Better Life Now LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Shop or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
